Ottawa weather forecast calls for short break from rain
Skies will clear Wednesday as high reaches 13 C
Enjoy the break from the rain today and Thursday, because it won't last very long in Ottawa and Gatineau.
There was a 30 per cent chance of rain early Wednesday morning, but skies are expected to clear in the afternoon as a northwest wind blows from 20-40 km/h. The high will reach about 13 C with a UV index of five, or moderate.
A few clouds are expected overnight with winds becoming light and a low of about 1 C.

More clouds will roll in Thursday morning as the high reaches 14 C. It'll stay cloudy Thursday night with a 60 per cent chance of rain and a low of 5 C.
The rain starts in earnest Friday with a high of 9 C, and continues Friday night as the low reaches 6 C.
Showers continue Saturday and Saturday night with a high of 13 C and a low of 4 C, respectively.
And so far, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday all bring more chances of rain.
