"I was thrilled. I was so excited. And nervous, very nervous. But it ended up going as smoothly as it could have."
MacIsaac grew up in Charlottetown and now lives in Toronto. Superbad is not only her first Hollywood feature, but also her first comedy work.
Apart from her role inEmily of New Moon, which ran on CBC-TV from 1998 to 2000, MacIsaac is well-known on P.E.I. for featuring in the tourism campaign "Come play on our Island."
She is now back in Toronto where she will return to the stage in March with the Soulpepper Theatre Company.
