Kays Building renovations complete

After a little more than a year of work, the historic Kays Building in downtown Charlottetown reopens this week.

Developer Tim Banks took the CBC's Steve Bruce on a tour Friday. In June 2012, just after he purchased the building, Banks gave the CBC's Ryan Hicks a look around as well.
