Have a favourite recipe that showcases local ingredients from P.E.I.? 


The P.E.I. Women's Institute invites you to Tell your Island food story for your chance to be featured in a CBC community spotlight on cbc.ca/pei.

How to Enter

Submit Your Recipe and Story 
Visit the P.E.I. Women's Institute to share your recipe and the story behind it. We want to know what makes your dish special and why it's meaningful to you.

Use Local Ingredients 
Your recipe must include at least three ingredients sourced from P.E.I.'s agriculture or fisheries, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, eggs, beef, pork, poultry, fish or shellfish.

Why Enter?

  • Spotlight Feature: Your recipe and story could be chosen for a community spotlight on cbc.ca/pei
  • Win Cash Prizes: In addition to the spotlight feature, the P.E.I. Women's Institute is also offering cash prizes as part of the prize.
