Bonneau inquest hearing more about boy, 10, who allegedly killed
Lee Bonneau died in 2013 of blunt force trauma to head, jurors told last week
Testimony has resumed in the Lee Bonneau inquest today, with the jury hearing more about the alleged killer — a 10-year-old boy.
It's the second week for the inquest into the 2013 death of Bonneau, 6.
So far, the coroner's jury heard from more than a dozen witnesses, including the dead boy's parents, foster mother and the RCMP over four days last week.
The first week's testimony focused mostly the boy who died. It is expected in the second week the jury will hear more about the other boy at the centre of this case.
Police believe a boy, 10 years old at the time of the incident, whom the inquest is calling L.T., is responsible for Lee's death.
The CBC's Adam Hunter and Bonnie Allen are reporting live from the courthouse in Regina.
