Regina man accused of killing his 3-month-old son in 2017 arrested, charged with manslaughter
Catlin Wade Goodwill was subject of Canada-wide warrant

Regina police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with the death of an infant almost two years ago.
On Monday, police issued a Canada-wide warrant for Catlin Wade Goodwill. He was charged with manslaughter in the death of his and Jodeci Spencer's three-month-old son, Keenan Spencer.
Goodwill was arrested Monday, according to a Regina police spokesperson.
Police have been investigating Keenan's death since 2017, after the baby was found dead in his crib.
Jodeci, the child's mother, said Monday she wants some closure.
"My baby deserves to get this justice done," she said. "He obviously didn't deserve to leave like that."

Jodeci said she was taking classes the night of Keenan's death and that the infant and his father were home alone.
Later, when the child was found unresponsive, the family called 9-1-1.
Spencer said the baby had evidence of blunt force trauma on the back of his head.
She said Goodwill had a long history of anger issues. Despite that, the couple kept reconciling, even after allegations were made that Goodwill was responsible for the baby's death.
"I'm angry because I let him back into my home," she said. "I didn't believe that he did something to my baby. But now that I have answers, it hurts."
