A man who was looking for a place to warm up in Prince Albert has been found, dead, following a cold night.

Police said the man's body was found around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday behind a retail store in the city.

He was identified as James Benjamin Roberts, 49. Police added he may also be known to some as James Benjamin Dahl.

Police said their investigation, so far, has led them to conclude that foul play was not a factor in the man's death. An autopsy was to be done, to determine how he died.

Workers at a nearby store, a crafts supply retailer called Michaels, told CBC News the man was in the business on Monday night.

They said he was wanting to warm up but was so intoxicated and appeared to be loitering so he was asked to leave.

The man's body was found in an area of brush not far from the store.
