According to Saskatoon police, officers were called to a back alley in the 300 block of Avenue R South on Feb 9. The caller said they had seen an injured person lying on the ground and three individuals running from the scene.

Officers located a 23-year-old woman suffering from serious injuries. She was transported to hospital and later released.
