A big donation could go a long way to keep people at the Lighthouse shelter warm this Christmas.
Earlier this month, the shelter said it was facing a heating crisis: Two of the building's five aging boilers had shut down completely, and another had started leaking. The total cost to replace the two boilers was set at $84,000.
