There has been another positive COVID-19 case at Holy Cross High School in Saskatoon.

On Tuesday, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) informed Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools (GSCS)  an individual was in attendance at Holy Cross while they were infectious during the week ending Sept. 25.

There have been at least five COVID-19 cases linked to the school since fall classes resumed.

Last Friday, the SHA declared an outbreak of COVID-19 at Holy Cross after it confirmed four unlinked cases at the school in the previous 28 days.

"We are working with Public Health to inform parents and caregivers, and the SHA is conducting contact tracing," said a GSCS news release. "Risk of exposure for anyone not considered a close contact remains low."

The GSCS said classes will continue as normal and it would not be discussing details of the cases.
