Former Sudbury Catholic School Board chair appeals clerk's decision

The former chair of the Sudbury Catholic District School Board wants his job back and he's appealing the city clerk's decision that removed him from office.

Jody Cameron was let go from his position after he failed to file his financial statements from last year's municipal election on time.

He was sent a reminder letter about the March 27 deadline in December.

Cameron said he did not accumulate any expenses during his campaign.

Michael Bellmore is currently serving as the school board's interim chair.
