Police find missing girl, 10

The 10-year-old girl who went missing while picking blueberries near Lavigne on Monday has been found, police report.

Two children went blueberry picking in the Caron Road area, east of Sudbury. One child returned to camp, but the other did not.

West Nipissing police, the OPP, Greater Sudbury Police and West Nipissing volunteer firefighters began their search close to 5 p.m..

A helicopter from CFB Trenton reportedly searched through the night.
