Future of Community Improvement Plan among the items
City councillors in Thunder Bay have several planning issues to discuss Monday night.
Council will review the Community Improvement Plan, which provides businesses with tax credits and reduced building permit fees to make improvements to commercial buildings in the north, south, Simpson, and Bay and Algoma business areas.
Other agenda items at Thunder Bay city hall:
- Temporary zoning changes for a mini-mall on Memorial Avenue
- Approving the names of 4 streets in the Terra Vista development
- Information on creating more parking on Miles and Brodie Streets
- Update on the Official Plan review process
