George Clark, from Thunder Bay, is taking matters into his own hands, with a little help from his friends.
Shebandowan Lake, 45 minutes northwest of the city, is one of the most popular and well-used lakes in the region.
However, the main public launch operated by the Ministry of Natural Resources, is in need of repair.
