Halloween Bash and Fashion Show
October 24, 10:30 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Still wondering what to wear for Halloween? Stop by The Westfort Bar on Brown St. for a fashion show by REDD, featuring some risque fashion and costumes. There will also be prizes awarded for best costume, most original, and sexiest costume.
Wig Wars
October 24, 10 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Friday night marks the 2nd annual Wig Wars drag show at the Black Pirates Pub. Thunder Bay's top drag performers will battle it out for title and tiara. And yes, this Wig War has all the classic elements, from the dances, to the dresses to the top-notch talent.
International Blues Challenge Championship
October 24 & 25, 7 p.m. - 2 a.m.
The International Blues Challenge Championship takes place Friday and Saturday at the Apollo Bar. The doors open at 6 and the music starts at 7 p.m. Many local acts will be competing for the chance to represent Thunder Bay in Memphis in 2015. The night ends with headliner Becky Barksdale and her band both nights.
Kangoskatebot
October 25, 10 p.m. - 2 a.m.
This local indie-pop band formed in the early 2000s, released their first and only album in 2004, then called it quits. But after 10 years they've decided to surprise us all with a reunion concert at the Foundry. Cover charge is $5
