After the Toronto Blue Jays set fire to the Texas Rangers Thursday night with a 10-1 win in the first game of their American League Division Series, Adele rocked out at centre stage in a blue-and-white jersey for fans at the Air Canada Centre.Â

Emblazoned across the back, of course, was the singer's name.Â
Needless to say, Torontonians were excited to see their two loves collide.
Adele performed in Toronto wearing a Blue Jays jersey, and that is pretty much everything I ever wanted in my life.

Nalini Doodnauth and her family was brought on stage with the British singer after catching her eye in the crowd.
"It was an unreal experience," Nalini said.
"My hands were shaking. I thought I was going to faint on stage," her daughter Karishma added. "It was truly awesome."
She told them that the final song of the show was "Rolling in the Deep," which is Karishma's favourite song.
