4 arrested after being found with vehicle theft tools outside Doug Ford's home: police
Accused include a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, Toronto police say

Two men and two teenagers have been arrested after being found with tools for vehicle theft outside Ontario Premier Doug Ford's house, Toronto police said.
The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday near Lawrence Avenue W. and Royal York Road, police said in a news release on Tuesday.
Officers saw the suspects in a vehicle. They were wearing masks, and their vehicle slowed down as it approached a driveway, the news release said.
Police initiated a vehicle stop. Inside the vehicle, they found a car key programming device and a programmable master key.
One of the suspects fled on foot but was found nearby, the release said.
Two men, both 23 years old and from Toronto, have been charged with possession of an electronic device for motor vehicle theft and unlawfully purchasing an automobile master key.
A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old face the same charges. The 17-year-old has also been charged with resisting arrest and failure to comply with an undertaking.
The accused were all scheduled to appear in court at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers.
Ford had said masked men tried to steal a vehicle from his home overnight at a news conference on Tuesday.
He said police officers chased down the men and arrested them.
Ford told the story after criticizing the bail system. He said criminals are running amok and have created a lawless society.
