Windsor's newest brewery producing more than just beer

Midian Brewing is one of Windsor's newest craft breweries — but it wasn't the beer that captured Jonathan Pinto's attention. It was the malt vinegar, too.

Midian Brewing is Windsor's newest craft brewery.

After three years of experimentation and development, the self-styled "science-based fermentation company" opened their Wyandotte Street retail store to the public last week.

But it wasn't the beer that piqued my curiosity. Turns out that this brewery also produces malt vinegar.

Another craft brewery has opened its doors in Windsor. But it's not the beer that Jonathan Pinto was interested in. Turns out Midian Brewing on Wyandotte Street produces malt vinegar as well.

Midian Brewing is located at 1335 Wyandotte St. E., between Hall and Moy Avenues.
