A year after Air Canada promised to make the flying experience more accessible for passengers with disabilities, Marketplace found major improvements are still needed: from staff training to boarding procedures and the availability of lift equipment. Marketplace put Air Canada to the test again with the help of Paralympian Brock Richardson and found there is still a lot of turbulence when it comes to accessible travel.
