Dr. Peter A Singer, OC, is a Canadian physician and special advisor to Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organization. Before joining WHO, he co-founded the University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics and Grand Challenges Canada.
