Sharon Boddy has been an environmental researcher and writer for 30 years, and leads two urban forest protection groups in central Ottawa. She recently completed Lakehead University's Ontario Master Naturalist Program, and was awarded the 2022 Conservation Award by the Ottawa Field-Naturalists' Club.
