Justin Trudeau welcomes Mexico's president for state visit in Ottawa

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau welcomes Mexico president Enrique Pena Nieto on Parliament Hill in Ottawa on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. This is the first time in six years that a Mexican president has been invited to Canada for an official state dinner.
