Toronto police arrest 19 after North York street racing rally draws large crowd

Toronto police report they were called to McNicoll Avenue and Placer Court around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday after they received several reports about crowds and vehicles doing stunt driving. As Greg Ross reports, Toronto police have charged 19 people for gathering.
