Fugitive drug lord Joaquin Guzman recaptured

Joaquin Guzman has been recaptured, according to Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto. The fugitive, who ran the infamous Sinaloa cartel for years, slipped down a shaft inside a maximum-security prison months ago.
