An explosion hit a Gaza City hospital packed with wounded and other Palestinians seeking shelter, killing at least 500 on Tuesday. The Health Ministry run by Hamas says an Israeli airstrike caused the blast at Al-Ahli Hospital. But the Israeli military says it was caused by a misfired Palestinian rocket.
