Ontario is in the process of shifting the cost burden of blue box recycling programs away from municipalities and onto companies that make and sell products that generate waste. As CBC’s Mike Crawley explains, some of those companies are now asking Doug Ford’s government to change the plan, saying it’s too expensive.
