Chatham students speak out against plastic waste with art
Students at John McGregor Secondary School in Chatham have been learning about the impact plastic has on the environment and for them, it's "the last straw." That's the name of an art project made out of discarded plastic and other recycled materials, meant to bring attention to the issue. The class has also created a stop-motion video. The CBC's Jacob Barker spoke with students Ethan Donais, Caleb Lewsaw, Karyss Robinson, Hailey Kunzler, Marina Thompson and teacher candidate Samantha Gurrey about the project.
