      Business is already picking up in the Halifax real estate market, just days after the Bank of Canada lowered its trend-setting rate. The rate fell by a quarter of a percentage point to 4.75 per cent — the first drop in years. Tanya Colbo says some clients are waiting to see whether more cuts are coming.
