      Carlene Donnelly, the P.E.I. government's special adviser on programs and services for vulnerable Islanders, helps people overcome poverty with her non-profit organization CUPS. She spoke with CBC’s Louise Martin about what she is recommending and why building pathways to housing for people in need is important.
