Remnants of post-tropical storm Beryl have rained down on parts of Nova Scotia, less than two weeks before the anniversary of the deadly floods that devastated parts of the province in 2023. A flash flood alert was issued for Digby, Annapolis, Kings and Hants counties Thursday evening.
