Six recommendations to increase public safety in Happy-Valley-Goose-Bay were presented to the provincial government Friday. The Policing Transformation Working Group says the town needs five more RCMP officers to respond to crime. But with existing RCMP vacancies, will it be possible? The CBC’s Jessica Singer explains.
