A Supreme Court judge has approved a recount in the closest race of the federal election. Only a dozen votes separate Liberal MP-elect Anthony Germain from the Conservative candidate, Jonathan Rowe. As the CBC’s Heather Gillis reports, the recount will begin in Marystown on Monday.
