As post-tropical storm Lee closes in on Atlantic Canada, the CEO of Souls Harbour Rescue Mission in Halifax says the organization is doing what it can to help homeless people, who are especially vulnerable during this time. Michelle Porter says the storm has already had an impact, with power knocked out to all of the mission's facilities.
