STC chief says new report shows crime rates improving around Fairhaven shelter in recent months

In February, Saskatoon city council asked for a report from police and fire on crime statistics in the area around the STC's emergency wellness centre. That report is now available and will be tabled at Wednesday's meeting of the city's governance and priorities committee.
