The City of Vancouver has unveiled a new art installation, and is encouraging everyone to climb on and sit in the bleachers that make up the structure. People with disabilities say it's not accessible to everyone. CBC Associate Producer Cathy Browne, who is a legally blind senior, visited the structure to learn more.
