Paris 2024 Paralympic flame lit, journey to Paris Games begins
Two British athletes, Helene Raynsford and Gregor Ewan, lit the Paralympic flame in Stoke Mandeville, the Paralympic movement’s birthplace. The flame now begins its relay journey to Paris, passing through 24 UK torchbearers via the Channel Tunnel.
