      Roots Community Food Centre and Gaagige Zaagibigaa hosted a smoked fish and moose pop-up workshop in Thunder Bay, Ont., this week. The session focused on traditional techniques of smoking as well as how to prepare wild rice and geese. The CBC's Sarah Law met up with Sarah Gorrie and AJ Esquega to learn more.
