The Spirit of the Bison Day celebrates Indigenous culture in Manitoba and honours the bison, a symbol of respect, pride and Indigenous identity. Performances by Indigenous dancers, drummers and singers were interspersed between the Bisons basketball games on Saturday night at the University of Manitoba.
