Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew said Tuesday the Canadian government needs to address some of U.S. president-elect Donald Trump's concerns to avoid tariffs. Meanwhile, the Opposition Progressive Conservatives criticized Kinew's government over reports of surgery cancellations and bed shortages at the Health Sciences Centre.
