Why this Kitchener musician plans to Rock the Halls in support of mental health
Avalon Stone started Music for Mental Health Canada during the pandemic to help people connect with music when they needed a boost. This Thursday, she's organizing the Rock The Halls concert. Eight independent and emerging artists will raise their voices for the cause with all proceeds supporting Canada’s 9-8-8, the national suicide and crisis helpline CAMH launched last year. In an interview on CBC K-W's The Morning Edition, she explained to host Craig Norris why the concert means so much to her.
