Ontario PC leader Doug Ford launched his re-election campaign in Windsor on Wednesday. He says he needs a strong mandate to respond to threats of tariffs by U.S. President Donald Trump. But protesters outside Ford's campaign launch reminded him of other pressing issues: education and health care. The CBC's Chris Ensing was there.
