The Surrey Board of Trade's annual roads survey found an increasing number of commuters on the roads. It calls for more investments in public transportation, but interim spokesperson Jasroop Gosal says using congestion pricing to fund them is not a good fit for Metro Vancouver. He tells BC Today host Michelle Eliot that it could lead to increased costs for small businesses that rely on affordable transportation.
