With U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff threat temporarily on hold, Canadian policymakers are refocusing on an issue closer to home: interprovincial trade barriers. Despite years of promises to create a freer flow of goods and services within the country, progress remains slow. Why is it so difficult to break down these barriers?
