There’s further controversy over the political party holding the majority of elected positions in Vancouver. A report from the city’s integrity commissioner found ABC park board commissioners held secret meetings in 2022 and 2023 in contravention of city policy. The report comes five weeks before a two-seat council byelection. As Chad Pawson reports, it created a stir at Monday night’s park board meeting.
