Labour Minister Steven MacKinnon tells Power & Politics that Canada 'will retaliate' against 25 per cent U.S. steel and aluminum tariffs set to kick in at midnight in a way that will 'inflict economic harm on the U.S.' The threat comes after Ontario Premier Doug Ford suspended his 25 per cent tariff on electricity exports to some northern states.
