After drought, and an emergency with the Bearspaw feeder main last summer, Calgarians are familiar with outdoor watering restrictions. But tweaks to the bylaw, the city says, could make the next time these rules are activated go smoothly for citizens and businesses alike by simplifying requirements and creating a more fair landscape.
