Merv Wiseman spent many years advocating for marine safety in this province, and now there's an effort underway to help him get through a personal health crisis. As he tells the CBC's Carolyn Stokes, he's awaiting a double lung transplant in Toronto and a fundraising is ongoing to help him cover the cost of relocating.
