Prime Minister Mark Carney said Tuesday that Canada will invest $420 million into the military's infrastructure and presence in the Arctic, and $253 million into Nunavut infrastructure. Carney also announced a partnership with Australia to build an early warning radar system along the Canada-U.S. border into the Arctic.
