In an interview with the Delta Optimist newspaper, outgoing Delta MP Carla Qualtrough said that the province turned down hundreds of millions in federal funding for the delayed Massey Tunnel replacement project. Delta Coun. Dylan Kruger says the community needs transparency and clarity from the province, and the tunnel between Delta and Richmond is the worst bottleneck in Metro Vancouver.
