Premier Scott Moe said Saskatchewan will pause the provincial industrial carbon tax as of April 1 to become the first carbon-tax free province in Canada. The move follows Prime Minister Mark Carney's announcement on March 14 that the consumer carbon tax will be removed on April 1.
